Refund and Returns Policy

Virtual counseling services require a transparent and respectful refund structure. This policy explains how cancellations, session refunds, and digital service adjustments operate for Bright Advisory.

Full refunds are available for any scheduled session canceled more than 24 hours before the appointment time. Sessions canceled within the 24-hour window may qualify for a partial refund or a complimentary reschedule, depending on the circumstances and preparation already completed.

Completed counseling sessions are not eligible for refunds, since the service has already been delivered. In cases where a session experiences technical disruptions, a no-cost reschedule is provided to ensure full value is received.

Packages and multi-session plans may be refunded for unused sessions only. Any completed portions of the package remain non-refundable. Support materials, worksheets, or digital guides provided as part of a program are not eligible for returns after delivery.

Concerns related to service satisfaction, technical issues, or billing discrepancies can be submitted through client support channels. A response is provided within one business day to ensure fair and timely resolution.
